Who are Frame Four?

Frame Four Group is a Limited Company of Multi-disciplinary Property Professionals who can deliver a wide range of projects in a ‘one stop shop’ with all the necessary skills to participate and contribute to this “Cross Functional Team” process in partnership a client as and when they are required to.

Frame Four is a Limited Company holding the required level of Insurances based in North Wales.

All member firms work as one to complete the project as a seamless integrated team. The client will have one central point of contact and/or a project leader. The scope of the project will be agreed from the outset and the involvement of each member firm.

We believe that cross-functional teams are a competitive advantage for any organisation, where different individuals with various sets of unique abilities will work together for one common purpose.

The ability to process, communicate and deliver projects/ contracts involving many stakeholders is critical to successful outcomes in contract management and delivery.

One of the best examples of a multi disciplinary team approach is demonstrated in undertaking either the ‘Value Analysis / Value Engineering’ process whereby a team revisits the fundamental outputs of a product or service and then analyses how it can be achieved most economically and effectively.

In our experience and practice as a multi disciplinary organisation we feel that the following benefits ensue:

The Client will have a single point of contact / co-ordinator who will manage all their projects. The aim of Frame Four is to use the four Member companies jointly within one Limited company to meet all the skills required of a Multi-disciplinary firm covering Wales and West creating sustainable solutions in a cost effective and sustainable manner supporting the local economy. We will invest in local community benefits within the project areas.

The company is formed through Four Chartered Professional SME firms of Property Professionals who have overlapping skill sets and wider networks of suppliers and experience.

The company is managed with four Director Firms.

Knowledge Sharing Process

The principal of developing the knowledge sharing process within the HJA Group Collaborative Team was to identify the various skill sets of the professionals in the group.

Having agreed the broad vision and values of each member we were able to develop the principles of the knowledge sharing process which would support the value-added concept.

The team members will share information between director firms on company shared secured portal area.

The process for managing multiple commissions will be dealt with by the breadth of our team. All team company leaders are Chartered Professionals who have the support of multiple other professionals within their direct employment. who will be able to pick up and assist with the projects in the event of multiple commissions. The team environment can encompass a large volume of projects as many of the teams have complementary and similar skill sets. The member firms also have the opportunity to grow based upon the work opportunities given in commissions by the projects. Therefore the teams can grow as the work increases and decrease accordingly.

Should there be a significant increase in appointments all member firms have access to many additional resources for services and specialist skilled professionals through Wales to integrate into the collaborative working environment. These would be using SME’s through Frame Four Firm.

Internal Assessment

A Director Member Firm will take the “Senior Executive Responsible” SER, this is a key role for each client within Frame Four . The SER will lead the team internally within Frame Four and is recognized as the key point of contact of the respective client within this framework agreement.

The teams have undergone a SWOT analysis to establish core competencies for good coverage and diversity for the client. The interaction of the Member Firm space is set out in the Preparation Phase Plan.
